I have been covering over 170 Weddings since July 2014, I can say that I am full of advice and help for your big day.

My couples are similar and so different at the same time. I would say that they have certain similar characteristics, they prefer to spend time with their families and friends rather than spending an hour taking the couple photos, they are usually shy, they don’t feel at ease to be the center of the attention, they have a certain knowledge about art, sometimes photography and painting.

Do you want to have an intimate wedding in Campera Hotel Burbuja that reflects your journey as a couple, your passions, and your spirit of adventure?

This is elopement photography for couples who want to ignore tradition and get married in a way that feels authentic to them. As a photographer, my purpose is to discreetly capture the story of your day in an honest and heartfelt way, without posing or intruding. I care deeply about creating meaningful connections with every couple who invites me to be a part of their journey. My approach is to innovate, not to conform to conventions. Your elopement experience should be as personal, genuine, and unique as you are.

Emotional Photographer documenting emotional Weddings.

It has a lot of different names but only the story matters. I am moved by telling the story of your day in the most natural and genuine way possible. No need to spend one hour behind the church with me to take the couple photographs, I will always value to let you spend time with family and friends. This is your day, not mine.

Most of my couples define themselves as shy in front of the camera, I believe simply they don’t know how easy it is to spend a few simple moments with their partner in front of my camera. A bit of History about Campera Hotel Burbuja, Valle de Guadalupe.

The Valle de Guadalupe (Guadalupe Valley) is an area of Ensenada Municipality, Baja California, Mexico that is an increasingly popular tourist destination for wine and Baja Med cuisine. It is located 20 kilometres (12 mi) north of the City of Ensenada and 113 kilometres (70 mi) southeast of the border crossing from San Diego to Tijuana. It includes communities such as Ejido El Porvenir, Francisco Zarco, San Antonio de las Minas and Colonia Articulo 115, and combined had 5,859 inhabitants according to the 2010 census.

The community was founded in 1834 by Dominican missionary Félix Caballero as Misión de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe del Norte, making it the last mission established in the Californias. Caballero had to abandon the mission in 1840, under attacks from the indigenous peoples.

From 1905 to 1910, a mixture of Spiritual Christian faiths, mostly Pryguny from Transcaucasia, South Russia, settled in 4 farming colonies near Ensenada, Baja California Norte Territory, Mexico. Guadalupe was the main colony of about 20+ square miles purchased in 1905. Most owned or rented land communally. Not all were ethnic Russians, and were of various folk-Protestant (non-Orthodox) faiths. A few Russian Orthodox immigrants, had no priest or church, lived in Ensenada and were confused with the Spiritual Christians.

To make land and loan payments, paid in wheat, the settlers rented as much as 50 square miles from about 10 nearby ranches, north to the border. Most moved to California by World War II to join more prosperous relatives and work in the factories. Some intermarried with Spiritual Christian Dukh-i-zhizniki in California. Most of who remained, intermarried, assimilated and live in Ensenada and Tijuana.

When the valley economy shifted to wine-making, the Baja government funded a museum, to preserve the history of the former settlers from Old Russia and enhance wine tourism. Soon two private museums opened, one with a cafe across the street from the state museum, to provide Russian-Mexican dishes for tourists and groups. Roads are improved with asphalt paving to accommodate wine-tour buses.

The Valle de Guadalupe is a wine-growing region located in Ensenada , Baja California , Mexico and is made up of the municipal delegations of Francisco Zarco, San Antonio de Las Minas and El Porvenir.

The Valle de Guadalupe is one of the valleys that comprise the Wine Route, a route that covers the San Antonio Valley and the Ojos Negros, Santo Tomás, San Vicente, La Grulla, Tanamá, Las Palmas and San Valentín valleys in Antigua. Wine Route.

Established thanks to the mission that the Dominicans established in one of its plateaus the Mission of Our Lady of Guadalupe del Norte , which was destroyed by native Indians around 1840.

It covers several communities such as Ejido El Porvenir , Francisco Zarco and San Antonio de Las Minas . At the beginning of the 20th century, (1900/1910) President Porfirio Díaz agreed to a concession with some Russian families from the United States, for 50 years, to occupy what is now Francisco Zarco, more in 1958 approximately, after the assault on the lands by Mexicans coming from Mexicali mostly, "Francisco Zarco" was recovered.

The Guadalupe Valley is equivalent to two-thirds of the Napa Valley in size and the climatic conditions are very similar to those of the French southwest.

Around 800 thousand to 1 million people visit the Wine Route each year, and only in the Harvest Festival the Valley welcomes 30 thousand people.

Approximately 2 million cases of wine are produced in the valley annually and it was the second best destination for Mexicans in 2016 according to SECTUR. It is also recognized gastronomically for being one of the main towns with the Baja Med culinary style and it is positioned as one of the most important tourist destinations in gastronomy in the country.

The most recent archaeological investigations show that there is a population occupation of 7,000 to 10,000 years ago, within the so-called San Dieguito culture. The last native group that inhabited the earth were the Kumiai who called it Ojá Cuñurr (Painted stone )  It was discovered in 1795 by the Spanish lieutenant Ildefonso Bernal ; In 1834, the Dominican order founded the mission of Our Lady of Guadalupe del Norte on one of its plateaus . The friars led from Mexico city by Fray Félix CaballeroTaking advantage of the characteristics of the land and the climate, they began the cultivation of the vine, the apricot, the pear and the olive tree. The valley then had approximately 400 native inhabitants. In 1840 the mission was destroyed by indigenous people in the region and the valley passed into the hands of the government, which, involved in the invasion of the United States, left it in the hands of a Russian colonizing company for 50 years, who resumed the production of wine.

Between 1904 and 1906, Basilio Gabriel Pivavaroff led 350 people belonging to 105 Russian families from the Caucasus region, from Kars in northwestern Turkey, who were fleeing the Russo-Japanese war and seeking to freely practice their religion, which was Christian but not orthodox.

After crossing the United States, they requested authorization from President Porfirio Díaz to settle in the Valle de Guadalupe region and work the land. After a favorable response was obtained, they made the procedures to become Mexican citizens and formed the "Russian Colonizing Company of Baja California" chaired by Basiley G. Pivavaroff, Basiley Tomalsoff and Simeón Babichoff.

The Russians obtained 5,600 hectares of land from a concession of the "Morris Flower Company" which was initially a rented area and finally bought with a period of 10 years to cover the full payment. Shortly after their settlement, rent and purchase of land, the commercial citizens of Ensenada granted them facilities to obtain seeds, animals and tools that the Russians worked until they formed a stable and well-organized community.

Russian immigrants in Guadalupe began to harvest wheat, barley and vegetables that they traded in their wagons with Ensenada and San Diego, and although the religion of the Russians, Molokan , did not allow them to consume tobacco or alcoholic beverages, they quickly stood out for the cultivation and exploitation of the vine with which they made very good quality wine in 50-gallon barrels made by themselves.

Thanks to their religion, which indicated that they could not eat pork, fish without scales and where pacifism and tolerance were their highest values, they were able to live in peace with their neighbors, which included the indigenous group of the Kumiay who lived nearby. in San José de La Zorra.

Due to their origin, many of the Russian immigrants spoke Russian, Spanish, Turkish and English, and due to genetic factors, it was not uncommon to find octogenarians dedicated to the work of the fields, and even elderly people who were over 100 years old, but with Over time, the Russian colony had to face great problems mainly due to the country's agrarian laws and policies and the natural process of modernization that was taking place in neighboring towns.

During the period of President Lázaro Cárdenas, the Francisco Zarco ejido was created, which seriously affected the lands of the Russian settlers and from 1957 during the government of Braulio Maldonado Sández, many of the Russians left the Valle de Guadalupe to go to the United States. . In addition, the young Russians began to forget their customs, religion, language and changed their commercial activity that used to be the plowing and viticulture to market in Ensenada. As a consequence, the foundations of Molokanism were disappearing.

Currently 18 families descendants of the original immigrants still live in the valley, but the majority mixed with the Ensenada population, while in the pantheon of the former Russian colony, you can see tombstones with Cyrillic writings that represent the Russian culture that flourished in the region.
